Seller mis-sold a Beta tape as VHS and then refused to accept return and refund. Issue sorted by eBay team but that should not have been necessary. It also took twenty days from the date of sale for the item to be delivered because the seller was out of the country and had not made that clear on his listing.

Ordered on the 16th received on the 2nd Oct envelope was damp and wet. Envelope was open sellotape was lose and wet and it only cost £1.35 for postage and he charged £12.50. Wouldn't advise anybody to you this customer.
