I ordered these speakers for the UK. The arrived from India is the original Sony packaging and new. The dispatch time was very quick even though the communication from the sellar was vague. Import duties were £56 which still made them cheaper than new locally. Arrived with Indian plug which had to be cut off and a UK 3 pin plug connected (which is not legal in the UK). Overall a good experience and though dubious, all work perfectly.

The item was returned to the sender at the first attempt, but I guess we can blame Brexit for that. DHL Express has a good system to track the package and pay the duties, and they answer their phone quickly. For people wondering how much the tax duties were: £65.06. Seller communicated very well, in English, and worked very hard to get the item delivered. I was worried about virtually no feedback, but this is a genuine seller in India, who will go the extra mile to help.
