Initial delivery was quick however pan was cracked which was done by the courier. I emailed seller thinking here we go however I got a reply within 5 minutes and toilet delivered within 24 hours. I have no issue when things go wrong because sometimes they do but it’s how the issue is resolved. First class service, well done and thank you.

This parcel was a ceramic toilet and was plastered with FRAGILE stickers all over the parcel.
