    20MHz parts fail above 5-6MHz

    Under test the supplied parts failed to operate above a clock frequency of 5-6 MHz Whereas the seller clearly states these are 20MHz parts. The test equipment used was a 20 MHz Z80 SBC, a variable clock generator Freetech TTL Signal Generator, EL302P programmable PSU & Tenma 72-8705 Oscilloscope. The tests were carried out using full ESD protection. These are most likely Z80A 4Mhz parts or rejected 20MHz parts.
