Terrible absolutely terrible customer service awful rude waited two days to contact me to say what I purchased wasn't in-stock and isn't available anywhere else coz they checked 😂but when purchased said was 2 available, sent alternatives pictures of rugs diabolical attitude ( I got the rug else where at a better price!! )

Avoid Awful seller. Arrived with Hemming edge slashed in multiple places and coming undone , lining material showing through top of rug. Messaged seller with pictures to show how bad it was. Seller responded with - open a return with eBay to return and fold rug in middle then in 3rds etc (impossible as Rug is 2.3mx1.6m and hessian backed ) and take to PO. Messaged them to say that wasn't acceptable an they just ignored message. £60 to put in bin. Terrible customer service and awful item.
