Purchased this phone and I was surprised how perfect it was. Not a scratch or blemish in sight. Felt like it was a brand new phone. Did have a slight problem with the charger provided, but contacted the seller and they were happy to refund the difference for me to purchase a new charger. Very very happy with the seller and the phone. Thank you!

The phone arrived "New" & "Sealed", however when I opened it the sim card was missing the rubber weather seal so it wiggled around inside the phone, and compromised its waterproofing. After further inspection I found the back glass was also slightly misaligned. This is an obvious refurb trying to be sold as new & unopened. Big Scam!!! Don't buy if it is listed as "NEW", "Sealed" or "Unopened"
