I ordered a lamp on 11 April and was due for delivery by the 19th. Contacted seller on 29th as hadn’t received it . They replied it had been posted . They then further replied it had been returned to them broken and they would replace a lightbulb and resend to me. I raised a concern about it being g broken but do no response. Suddenly go a refund on 1 May without any explanation. Shocking communication- have now bought the same lamp elsewhere for a better price! Would not use again !
