The Panasonic DVD-RV20 model weighs 6.4 lbs (2.9 kg) with dimensions measuring 16.9 inches wide by 10.6 inches deep by 3.2 inches high. The Panasonic DVD-RV20 DVD player is an excellent piece of home theater equipment with a 10-bit video D/A converter and 96 kHz/24-bit audio D/A converter providing good picture and sound quality. In order to provide DTS optical output and Dolby Digital surround sound, the audio systems on this portable DVD player support several digital audio formats, thereby enhancing the home theater audio experience. Virtual surround sound enables a surround sound effect even when only two front speakers are in use. Normal, pan-and-scan, widescreen, and letterbox picture modes are available in addition to a host of other features that allow the chapters to be repeated or the audio playback to be shuffled and repeated. S-Video, composite, and audio/video connections make it possible to connect various devices to this Panasonic DVD player. Numerous controls for this portable DVD player provided by the infrared remote control make operation and adjustments easy. This Panasonic DVD player has multi-language and multi-subtitle selection options with on-screen display of subtitles.
