I noticed some comments that said it their order was not packed properly but working in IT for the last 25+ years it was just fine in my opinion with no damage. Being a refurb it looks brand new with absolutely no visible scratches or marks. It booted up fine, and although I'm not a fan of Windows 11 (my company is still a Win 10 shop) I'm slowly getting used to it. The computer itself is rocket fast especially compared to the old HP that shipped with vista it is replacing.

Very good experience buying from them , They went out of there way to make a shipping error right Canada post lost my package (not there fault) but when they heard about it they immediately shipped a replacement computer before Canada post had even resolved the issue with them (outstanding service) The computer itself was exactly as described and works perfectly
