The USPS was slow in delivery but that is not the seller's fault. The package was delivered to the post office promptly by the seller. Many people have trouble with the USPS Indianapolis distribution center. You get pot luck with the USPS and eBay steers sellers to use the USPS. I do not blame the seller for USPS problems.
