      Even though I like how the front wheels ...

      Even though I like how the front wheels swivel, if the cart is on an incline it could turn on its own and start rolling away. If I had a choice between swiveling wheels or no swivel, I choose the first of the two. The swiveling helps to reduce the wear and tear on the back wheels. The back wheels on this cart are much more durable and better in the way they were constructed than the last cart that I had.
