The rifle was as described. It was new and factory packaged but left a lot to be desired. UPS managed to screw up the box pretty good but the rifle survived. The seller was kind enough to refund me a portion of the shipping cost to make up for the condition of the box when it showed up. That speaks volume's for the courtesy of the seller.
