The Note is listed as new and uncirculated except with a minor stain. In fact, the Note has a fold at the center which was not mentioned in the listing. Seller was grateful enough to take the Note back. Unfortunately, eBay has to step in before I could get my refund back. This could have been a positive feedback should the seller refund without the involvement of eBay. My time is wasted for no good reason.
