Quite gutted as they were ruined in transport, have contacted seller, hopefully we can come to some compromise about a 50% refund, although they taste absolutely divine, I can't eat them, unfortunately. The seller did nothing wrong hence why I'm only asking for half the money back, they were destroyed with courier

Tasted divine but you couldn't eat them. A contradicting statement them should have held back on the refund. No more orders by yourselves 😊

After receiving kept in airtight tin, came to use during Easter week, found mouldy. Very disappointing.

Over this Easter period i sold 20 + Simnel cakes.
Not once have I received notification of a 'mouldy' Simnel or any other of the 500 products sold on Ebay.
The tracking shows it was delivered on Thursday 21st March. Inside was a note stating the Allergens and use by date of 2 weeks from receipt making it Wednesday 3rd April.
Red Flag - if you opened it over Easter why leave it a week to report and why not send a message. No date on photos to prove mouldy over Easter
