Received tracking, said coming via DPD, in fact came via Royal Mail, there is a difference, no wonder the tracking didn’t work. I need to know when items are arriving so that someone can be in as sorting office is only open 8-10 am. Tracking only said that they had item had been sent to the courier and then there was nothing else. Today I go a message saying there was a delay.

    Feels safer to go for a walk.

    My husband is diabetic and his medication makes his bowels very loose. If he takes 1/2 of one tablet at night it seem to help. Because they are dissolving that are easier to half.
