I paid for the item right away expecting the seller to ship the item. After a full week I hadn't received it yet so I checked the tracking. The seller still hadn't shipped yet so I sent a message to the seller. The seller replied back that he was out of town. This would have been ok if the seller would have communicated this upfront. Very poor communication made for a bad experience.

Sorry for your inconveinience. I mailed you extra parts for future maintenenace of the pump. I am glad I was able to provide you such a high quality item for the very low price you were able to purchase it for.Things happen. I am not Walmart or Amazon.
