Seller notes: “Good condition book and dustjacket. The dustjacket is slightly rubbed on the edges and corners ... “Good condition book and dustjacket. The dustjacket is slightly rubbed on the edges and corners (mild handling wear) and there are small tears here and there, e.g. at the bottom of the spine on the hinge between the spine and the front cover. There are also some small tears to the bottom and top edges of the back cover. The dustjacket is in places slightly discoloured with dusty-dirtiness; and the spine and front covers are a little faded from sunning. There is a small black ink stain along the dustjacket edge on the back of the book where it folds over to form the rear dustjacket flap. The internal pages are neat, clean and tidy. The book comes with a section of the Guardian newspaper of Friday November 18th, 1983, focused on an article about Johnnie Walker's Red Label whisky. There is also a small SAS boarding pass for economy class for flight SK515. We believe that these items have been in the book since it was bought, probably circa 1983”

Hence £7.30 in double shipping despite one sent. Paid £0.95 VAT on purchase. Forced to redeem package for extra £6.50 in penalty VAT fees, due to seller neglected electronically provide IOSS when shipping. Refuses to compensate. No responsibility, blames lack of knowledge in trade on buyer and Brexit. Not recommended.

The Post Office did not create an electronic customs document correctly, which resulted in the buyer getting charged import tax by Swedish customs. The buyer was unreasonable - they ordered the books just before Christmas & paid the economy shipping charge (a 21 day delivery window) and then expected a discount, even though we had sent the parcel Tracked (3 day delivery) at our own expense. Although we offered a return & full refund, they declined, kept the books and wanted full compensation
