Item arrived damaged with all fixings snapped off. Seller did agree a refund but I would have to pay for return. Local garage managed to take parts of my existing head unit and bond onto this one. Item described as used when it should have been poor/damaged

I replied to buyer immediately he contacted me informing me that the headlight was damaged in transit --I told him that he would get a full refund on the return of the item - full refund means the cost of postage --i therfore have followed the correct procedure --however the buyer did not return the item and i believe he has been unreasonable in giving the feedback he has given .
