Overall very positive experience, screen was dispatched super fast and delivered without issue the very next day. The seller sent me an image of the monitor / stand prior to buying (good communication) and everything looked intact... when I received the physical item, the red cable tidy / holder was broken - with no sign of it in the box so I can only assume was broken before sending. This doesn't prevent the monitor from doing what it does, but was a slight disappointment.
