Very rude and unprofessional! After SEVERAL messages to the seller about never receiving my order, they gave me the run around for one month. I had to open a case in order to request a refund, which I still have not received. Seller supposedly lost the shipping receipt that had the tracking number.

Writing in block letters says a lot about this buyer! have been always kind and professional and have refund completely. Deaf ears to foolish words. I stay positive as the majority of buyer are comprehensible and coherent and for them is worth working several hours on ebay. I even had suggested to pick some items for free to the seller and she put two negatives for the same transaction for being really naughty and doing harm to the account. I like getting honest feedback and know the truth.
