the scooter arrived with a driver named Alan. he explained how it worked and was very pleasent. The Trike looks very pleasing and performs FANTASTICALLY!!!! Customer service was good when I at first could not find the handbrake button. The only point I would like to pickup on that both medical conditions were not listed on the system. I suffer from 4 lung conditions and Akylosing Spondulitus. Thanks again.

The seller contacted me 3 times to ensure me that the scooter I chose was ok for my needs also told me the colour blue I chose would take longer but gave me the choice to change the colour I wanted and I am pleased that they did I really like the black one the item I received is better than I expected it to be on delivery the driver went through all the details of use and also watched me on my first drive on scooter he was very helpful with any questions I asked him. Due to an unfortunate printing error in the sellers description, I thought I was getting a mobility scooter fitted with a lithium battery as standard. However when it arrived it was fitted with lead acid batteries. I bought this to the driver's attention and he duly contacted his office who are arranging an engineer to come and fit a lithium battery. The scooter is a great looking machine and the delivery engineer, Dave was brilliant to deal with and is a credit to himself and Green power.
