Delivery information:

- All orders are send via Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. No orders are sent over the weekend.

I reply upon Royal Mail to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. 1st class isn't a guaranteed delivery day service and I can't guarantee when you'll receive your order.

- All cards are textured square or A5 card.

- You personalise the card with your own information. Please provide the exact details you want on the front.

-Please note I won't send your card unless the full personalised details have been provided so please do make sure you save your note with the details for your card to ensure there's no delay in the dispatch of your card. If you don't save your note then I won't get your personalised details. I will contact you for the details. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid the delay in receiving your card

- Listing images are digital images. Colours can vary from screen to screen due to screen resolution. Colours can be different once printed and also vary on different print options and different card. Colours may not be exactly as you see them on your screen.

- Unfortunately due to the item being personalised there's no returns or refund.

- If we've made an error with your order then we'll do our best to rectify the problem.

Cancelling your order after purchase:

- You cannot cancel your order after purchase. Most orders are printed quickly, sometimes straight after payment.

Changing the age or relation after purchase:

- If you leave a note or send a message with the details then you remembered you've entered the wrong age or relation then unfortunately only the details your provided first will be added to the card. Orders are printed quickly, sometimes as orders come through therefore your order has most likely been printed and can't be changed.
