Item was just in a brown envelope with no protection and as it is a paper filter, it is slightly deformed. This is probably due to postal handling but would have expected better protection. Arrived one day later than suggested.

However, after only a few messages back and forth they sent me an FOC replacement and it arrived within 2 days. Now THAT is great customer service, on quality and affordable bike parts.
