Unfortunately let down by courier (DX) ghost delivery who stated I had signed for and received the parcel on Friday . . quite difficult when being delivered to an Argos collection point. DX then scanned it back in to their depot 2 hours later and finally delivered it today.
Again to be clear, seller was top notch and this was not their fault but poor behaviour by the courier DX.

The item came exactly as described and was well packaged. Unfortunately on this occasion the original items didn't show up but after a brief conversation with the seller Tanya, they reissued new items and delivery - which showed next day. Customer service from this seller is spectacular and I won't use anyone else for my brake pad needs.
