Payment
 
PayPal is acceptable method of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within three days. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid thirty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies and/or through the Small Claims Court in the event that the outstanding balance does not exceed €3000. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.
 
Delivery
 
Delivery dates and times specified by the Company are approximate only. Unless expressly agreed by the Company in writing, time for delivery is not and shall not be deemed to be of the essence of the contract. The Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
 
Europe delivery: Normally you will receive the item within 4-7 working days after we send the dispatch message to you. But we can’t offer a 100% guarantee due to the post office.
 
International delivery could vary to a range of 21 days but usually they should come within 14 days.
 
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
