I took photos and sent them to the seller. He immediately told me that he would refund me 100% and I could keep the product. Refund was in my account within 4 days.Follow-up from: g***d- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.this feedback relates to another product. this arrived in 4 bags,didnt tell me. One bag arrived on weds and I assumed this was all I was getting. Contacted to say he had only sent 5KG He replied 1am to say that the rest will be delivered in 3 bags. I've bought this before from a different supplier and it came in one bag.
