    Good quality item at a good price, dispatched on the first day of the estimated delivery window, so there was no chance of it ever being delivered within the estimated delivery window. Sadly I did have to contact the seller rather than the seller providing an unsolicited explanation of events. However the seller did respond quickly to my emails as UPS also dropped the ball taking 6 working days - when I'd paid for express delivery - not the best eBay experience I've had.
