Exceptional item, purchased via exceptional service. Item just as described, carefully priced and well wrapped when picked up. Collection procedures were straightforward and the item was ready for collection at the arranged time. All communication with St Luke's staff were pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional, both online and at the collection centre. St Luke's is a most worth organisation within Sheffield. Thank you for all the incredible you do.

When arrived I noticed that the seller had put a sticker on the actual item explaining that one of the four disco light bulbs wasn't working (the red light bulb). Having checked for myself I also agreed that the red bulb had actually blown completely and needed to be replaced. I asked the seller if they would consider offering me a part refund of £5.00 towards the cost of replacing the red bulb and the seller happily agreed. Excellent packaging and a speedy delivery service from a top Ebayer.
