We have tried everything humanly possible to resolve this issue as customer bought the wrong item and then in a rude manner accused us in wrongdoing without giving any chance to resolve this in a prompt manner.

There doing everything possible to help me was saying they didn’t have my heater pump serial number on there site I ordered from which they have and still do trying to sell me another heater pump for twice as much!Please keep well clear of this seller not to trusted lots of other parts sellers on eBay don’t get robbed
