    The problem I had was with the carrier. The shipment was damaged leaking out broke open freezies and was left outside on my sidewalk. Where as I have a clearly posted note asking that carriers to put all deliveries inside my front porch. The shipment also came missing one case. The shipper was notified and was great about the handling on this. Giving me the option of keeping what was delivered and giving me a refund for one half of the cost. Which I thought was very fair.
