    This seller is a classic rip-off artist advertizing "Fast Delivery" and delivering nothing!! I bought a Fluke 117c digital meter in May of 2023, immediatly received message asking if it was OK to ship a little late. I said NO but the shipping label was already generated which means I had to wait until the item's new estmated arrival of July 22 before I could finally request a refund of $252.21 through Ebay services. No responce to refund requests. Don't buy from this guy!!!
