I bought this controller and a motor from this seller for nearly 2000$ and they didn't include the main line needed for it to work. I even offered to buy the line afterwards but then they stopped responding to my messages. They have terrible communication and are not a trusted seller.

Because your motor and controller were purchased separately, you did not say at the first moment that you wanted to buy the mainline version. What you bought did not require the mainline version.

Got the product on time. Packaged very well and received the items in good condition. No manuals, the wires are not labeled but the seller responded to my request promptly and sent me diagram that has most of the wires identified.

excellent battery came with an above average charger that has a fuse built in with two extra fuses. everything brand new well packaged extremely lightweight for what it is. almost the same weight as a Caom 36v 20ah battery. for 100$ less than competing sellers for same battery this is an awesome deal even if batteries may be lack luster quality with proper equipment they can be upgraded to something better. awesome communication, would buy from again
