Those who have complained about the weight need to bear in mind that if you want an auto fold then you will have to pay with a heavier machine. There isn't a lightweight automatic folding machine on the market anywhere. I know, I've gone from auto to manual and back to auto fold. You need a heavier motor and heavier battery. It's the difference between getting out or being stuck inside 24/7. It's a small price to pay for freedom. Excellent service and very fast delivery. 5*

Once opened instructions were very poor and I had to call the help line, that said once we figured out how to insert battery and open the scooter all seems good looks great.This is heavier than I thought and I will need help to lift it in and out of my car. It will have a good run tomorrow so hopefully all should be okay,many thanks to Green Power

And I'm not the first check the reviews a lot of people have the same problem but they don't seem to care! Even to negative feedback there's always a patronising reply!!!!!
