Seller would not complete the sale. Refused to give me a reason why customs denied the package. But a shipping label was never created. The tracking information was blank. It was as if it was never shipped in the first place. Seller rudely sends 4 to 5 messages at a time saying the exact same thing. Zero communication. Either they do not understand or they do not want to admit their fault. I need my item yet. They are trying to force me to take a refund, without any explanation, or the truth .
