Sent an obviously used item as new and also misdescribed it. Argued about the return, then left a snide comment on the refund saying I had attempted to modify it which I had not. Utterly unprofessional.

Customer bought the wrong size hose, than tried to amended the hose and returned it back for refund. Feedback not justified

I sell items myself and understand that not every aspect of the process is under the seller's control, so I always leave positive feedback for sellers even when the service has not been 100%. I reserve negative feedback for actual cowboys like this. I can't remember the last time - if ever - that I actually had to do this despite some fairly disappointing transactions over the years. Sad to see this seller repeat his lies. He won't even acknowledge that the "new" item was used. Buyer beware.
