The seller replied promptly that their packaging has worked perfectly for many years, although my purchase did not. I replied by sending pictures of the faulty pots, saying that I would still expect to be partially refunded. I have had no answer back after 6 days. Their packaging needs improvement.

- 5***s (1317)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI initially blamed Royal Mail for the state of the parcel, but no, it was due to the plant being absolutely sodden with water which leaked through all the packaging and resulted in Royal Mail putting it into their own plastic bag. Plant is a bit yellow, but I'm not too concerned about that. I've planted it out and am hoping for the best. Your parcel ended up being much more "plastic" than you intended I think!
