    I have order 2 pair of springs and they sent me the wrong springs, 3 left one right. I have contact the seller plus sent picture of the springs. However seller dont trust my picture, so i decided to returned all items back to seller and get my refuned back. Process from the day of purchased till i get my refuned take amlost 4 weeks. I end up not getting my work done. I will never buy again.

    Like we said in our messages, we never go off of the bottom of the spring like you had sent an image of. We always go off of the top of the spring which is why I requested a second image. After receiving these springs back from you, we noticed that the manufacturer marked one of the springs black when it should have been red which we do apologize for. You were uncooperative when we were in fact trying to help you. This could have been handled sooner and quicker with just a simple image. Thanks

    Works great

    Delivery was prompt and item was brand new. I’ve had the MyQ wall console for several years now and have tried many different remotes. While some were more durable than others, I’ve always had trouble with inconsistent response.due to interference or signal scrambling from nearby military bases. Installation of the internet gateway was quick and easy and operation via the app has been flawless; works every time. No more clicking and waiting for me. For those who may be interested, linking the Ring app with the MyQ app adds a tile to the Ring app dashboard to monitor and operate the garage door from anywhere. My only regret is waiting so long to get one of these things.

    Did not work for my Genie Intelicode garage door opener.

    Did not work for my Genie Intelicode garage door opener. Seems like a good product, but it did not work on my specific garage door opener. Was not compatible. Also a little expensive in that you need to buy the wifi module as well. Total cost for both items is close to $100. I bought a retrofit kit from Genie for $45 new. Works great.

    The Great Gateway

    What a nice product for liftmaster openers, they don't have to be wifi compatible. It allows you to monitor your garage door, open or close it anywhere you have a phone signal(if you are using the app), and alerts you to your garage door being left open. It has the ability to set a TTC or time to close feature on it that is handy if you don't want your garage door open for longer then a few minutes or you forget to close it. The set up instruction are tricky, but go to setup a MyQ account not a standard liftmaster account. The rest is easy after that. All in all a great product for the gadget conscious.

    Excellent Product - Could use improving in the app functionality

    This is a great product, as promised it opens and closes my garage via my phone. I can look on my phone if I think I forgot to close the garage which helps with peace of mind. I get an alert every time my garage is opened and close, I can set a schedule, and I even get the alert on my apple watch which is great! I think that the alert section could use a few more options. What I really want is a setting that will allow an alert to be sent to me after the garage has been open after a period of time, say 10 minutes. Generally I dont just leave my garage open, but sometimes I do. I don't care so much about when it's opened or when it's closed as much as I care about how long it's been standing open and the fact that I need to close it so no one gets in my house.     Works great, excellent service.

    The gateway connected to my MyQ openers and worked just like it should. When I first tried to set it up it said that it was registered to another account. I called the service line, was on hold just a few minutes, and the service rep told me how to reset the gateway. He then stayed on the line to walk me through the setup for both doors (about 10 minutes) and everything is working great. The service rep then went on to give me other ideas on how to utilize the features of the app. The gateway works as expected and the service was excellent. Highly recommend if you want remote access for your garage door(s), alerts if opened, left opened, or want a scheduled opening.
