The items arrived as described. One package of the 10 ordered had spoiled for which the vendor offered a small refund (it wasn't worth returning the item for a full refund). Fast and painless communication. Fast shipping. Sadly, Dior has changed its product - again. The Dior Prestige Creme Texture Essentielle continues to have the same luxurious texture, but unfortunately the scent has changed and is missing the unique rose pedal smell.
