This is 2nd one I bought- 1st was more less perfect even though Grace C, this one is more bashed up incl scratches but still 100% worth it, it's fully functioning and amazing condition for Grace C and 1/3 price of brand new. I could not be happier and wish I had more rooms in the house for 3rd one. Both times, delivery was within 24hrs. Dimplex Optimyst is the best fake fire technology out there and with a bit of help from Alexa playing crackling fire sounds, it's just perfect

The item was described as certified refurbished Excellent but when it arrived the right ear bud didn’t work. The seller was very good - they issued a return label on Christmas Day itself. But still disappointing given it was supposed to be a gift. To top it off I then found the same model brand new on the retailers website for the same price, so the sellers pricing is way off too. Good returns process etc but would rather all of this not have happened in the first place.
