Thermal Phase Change pad seems to be legitimate. Used the pad on my Ryzen 5700X with an AIO cooler replacing good quality thermal paste from Thermal Grizzly which I only applied a few months ago. Temperatures seem to have dropped a good 2 or 3 degrees so far and over time the TPC pad is expected to perform better with use.
Really happy with the pad and would recommend to anyone if you have the technical knowledge to apply. I advise to watch some YT instructions. Excellent seller

Is the real deal. Dropped temperatures by about 5 degrees on hotspot on an RX 7900 XTX reference card (probably not more due to vapour chamber getting saturated), and eliminated the 100 degree thermal throttling on a MacBook Air (2020, Intel) when running fans at higher speed in combination with the copper shim mod, which was undoable with regular paste.
