Was sceptical that it would work and found it quite painful to wear at first as they are very rigid and feet are held in a position they're not used, but after a few days.......... not only has my heel pain considerably reduced, so has my knee and hip pain. I am now back hiking and only wish I'd discovered and bought these sooner.
