    I arrived at a neutral position because the painting arrived unmounted with the hanger and backing rolled away from the print and there was missing glass in the packaging where the glass was broken. I made a money back guarantee claim with eBay. the sellers did give me a refund and I was able to keep the painting in compensation for the damage. eBay has great policies and I am a pleased shopper. thank you sellers. sorry about these unanswered questions about where the damaged took place
