-Box is torn, not declared in listing & conveniently covered in photos by ribbon, which has to be especially moved off-centre to cover it & therefore the gift can't be given as intended +Care taken packaging item, thx - Putting it in a bag from a cereal box which still has cereal dust in it is really unacceptable, especially when this is obviously a gift & isn't sealed; the additional cereal boxes were vaguely ok but food packaging isn't appropriate imo. +Appreciate the comms & fast delivery

Immediately I heard the Buyer’s package had arrived damaged I asked the Buyer for photos of the damage in order to ask for a refund from Evri/Pack link. However, the buyer chooses to ignore this request and has unreasonably left me the above Negative feedback
