    Precise and accurate.

    You would need to have an interest, as I do, in the subject matter to find it compelling and it is this group to whom I would recommend it. It was good value as I bought a second hand copy. It contains many fascinating illustrations and photographs and contains a wealth of well researched facts presented in an easy to read way. A valuable historic document outlining one aspect of Scotland's industrial history.
