Got the package in a flimsy grey plastic bag. No hard box, no bubble wrap, no protection for a clock mechanism which has three arms made of flimsy plastic. So the red second hand was bent at three places, the minute and hour hands bent almost to 45 degrees. so I ask for a return. Was told to bend them straight again and get a 30 % refund! No I said. So same answer again with a 40% refund and then a 50% refund. This is the first time I have ever received a damaged product and been asked to fix it
