    The printer was delivered by Parcel Force. The machine was leaking black ink into the plastic bag covering the machine in the outer box. Machines would seem to need to be kept upright during transportation when supplied with inks installed. A tall order for Parcel Force!! The machine appears to work as it should after a good clean up and is certainly very good value for money!

    Great replacement printer.

    Printer arrived in original box with all documentation, and included non-OEM Full Ink Cartridges?? Very easy to set up on-line and test print was fine. I am using a Wired connection but Wi-Fi connection is available and easy to set-up. Scans and prints documents well. Re-furbished item with no signs of any scratches etc Does what is supposed to do and it replaced my 16yr old Epson XP322.

    Good small user printer

    I am fairly well versed for setting up items and this was easy. I am very happy with the speed and clarity of the print. Not used for photos but I rarely do print photos so cannot comment on that.

    Easy switch to new printer

    This printer is virtually 'plug and play'. Disconnect previous (Epson) printer and connect new printer. Insert ink cartridges The first time you print from the PC just remember to select this new device as the default printer. No user guide in the box but a quick internet search brings the document to hand. It is a 170+ page PDF document so I downloaded it to my desktop for any future use.
