    Great transaction. Received timely. The item didn't work, but the seller's communications were very fast and thorough. I even learned from the seller how to use a smartphone camera to "see" the Infrared that the remote was emitting. I didn't know the phone could do that. The remote was emitting IR, but would not operate the air conditioner. The seller was very accommodating and refunded the purchase price and the shipping.
