Terrific merchandise and top notch merchant. The item was packed well and the merchant responded to my concern when eBay's tracking service reported delivery on February 7th, when in fact the envelope was NOT delivered until February 16th. The item took 13 days to be delivered largely because of eBay inept mailing service and tracking reporting. *Thumbs up* for the merchant and *thumbs down* for eBay on this transaction.
