Charge time
I am a self employed handyman and use a lot of makita 17v tools. I saw a twin port fast charger and thought brilliant. When I received it it has a less tha 3 amp output where as the standard charger is I’ve 9a. When I rang them there response was I should have read the technical specs small print in other words. If I put an add for a super fast car which turned out in the the specs to be a 30 mph moped it’s the same. Luckily they have a 30 days return policy but this advert is misleading and shouldn’t be allowed on a reputable site.I am a self employed handyman and use a lot of makita 17v tools. I use 6 batteries a day
I like makita brand tools I have a lots of them but 110 minutes to charge 5 amp battery x 3. (6) ,five & half hrs a day , Makita DC18RD dose the same 6x 5amp batteries in 2 hrs 15 minutes, not much dearer either , paid £5 more for mine . That’s rapid
