    Delivery - If cleared funds are received by 3pm on a working day (Mon to Fri, excluding holidays) most items are despatched the same day, if this is not possible we promise to either despatch your order within 3 working days or contact you if this is not possible. Paypal and Credit Card payments clear immediately, but please allow 5 working days for clearance if paying by cheque.
     
    Returns Policy - At 1stMX we pride ourselves on our customer service. You can return any item to us within 14 working days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. In addition, if the error is ours or the goods are faulty will re-imburse any reasonable return carriage costs you incur. If you would like to return anything or have any problems, please either call us on 01530 813000 or email us at returns@1stMX.co.uk and we will help solve any problem to your satisfaction and advise how to proceed. Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods where we have not been notified of a problem within 14 working days.

    Queries - If you have any questions or queries please contact us through the ebay contact seller connection, this ensures the question goes through to the correct person and minimizes delays. We endeavour to answer questions within 3 working hours so if you email us at 5pm on Friday you will not get a response until 12 noon on Monday.       Picture is not what you receive despite messaging and asking before purchasing and been told it was, received item bent as wrapped in small piece of cardboard before packing in a unnecessary large jiffy envelope and larger bag? Did offer return once complained but I’ve had to keep due to time/mess on sending back and reordering when it’s needed now. Disappointing from such a well known company to use generic pictures and waste time by supplying wrong information/part.
